There are two types of email that can be automatically sent out to your subscribers: Confirmation of subscription and Expiry warning emails.

How to set up the subscription confirmation email
It's important that you configure your subscription confirmation email as it acts as a receipt for your subscribers.
- Enter your own email address in the Sender Email Address field.
- Choose to receive a copy of every subscription confirmation email.
- Enter your name and the subject for the confirmation email.
- Enter a welcome message to your new subscribers. The information underneath will be updated for each member.
- Update the Cancellation Policy field with your own cancellation procedure.
- Enter your contact email address, telephone number and postal address, which are legal requirements.
- The final field is for your signature and sign off message.
- Click Save Settings.
How to set up the expiry emails
There are three emails that can be sent out to members on non-recurring subscriptions that are about to expire. Two are to be sent in advance of expiry and one to be sent on the day of expiry.
- The expiry notice emails are set to be sent automatically. Opt-out of sending these emails by changing the send option to no.
- The next field allows you to set when the emails will get sent in advance of the expiry date.
- Choose whether to receive a copy of the email.
- Enter the email address the email should appear to be sent from, a sender name and email subject.
- There are two fields for you to enter text into the email.
- Click Save Settings.
Activate expiry notice #2 and the final notice
- Decide when these emails get sent.
- As a suggestion, set the second warning to be sent 2 days before expiration and the final notice to be sent '0' days before expiration.
- Click save settings.
- The emails will automatically get sent at the set intervals.
Annual renewal notice
Complete this setting when you wish to remind members, subscribed to an annual recurring plan, that their subscription will automatically renew on an upcoming date.
STEP 1
- Click Subscription Plans menu and select to edit the annually recurring subscription.
- Click the field below Send renewal reminder and select the date the reminder notice will be sent to the member.
- Click Save.
STEP 2
- Click Automated Emails menu link.
- Select the Annual Renewal Notice tab.
- Complete the fields.
- Click Save Settings.
Cancellation notice
When a member cancels their subscription or their payment is unable to be processed by Stripe, they will be informed by a default system message. You can replace the default messages with your own custom messages using these fields.
