Linking your SubHub site with your MailChimp account enables you to automatically add members and non-members to your MailChimps lists. Cancelled or expired members will automatically be unsubscribed from an assigned list.
How to add your MailChimp API key
- Log into your MailChimp account.
- Click Account Settings then Extras.
- Click on API Keys.
- Copy the API key.
- In your SubHub website, click Settings.
- Select the Integrations Tab.
- Paste your MailChimp API in the API key field.
- Click Save.
How to assign a MailChimp list to a subscription plan
Assigning a MailChimp list to a subscription plan will automatically add subscribers of that plan to the assigned MailChimp list.
For a member to be added to a MailChimp list, the subscription plan must be connected at the time of subscription.
After you have added your MailChimp API key in Settings, you can then assign a MailChimp list to a subscription plan.
- Click on the Subscription Plan.
- Under the Mail Chimp List label, select a list using the picker.
- Click Save.
For Reference: Only the Names, Last Names, and Full Names fields are supported by our integration.
