If you are taking money through your website, it is a legal requirement that you display contact details on the site itself.

These include:

  • Postal address

Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

If you are taking money through your website and holding personal information, you must display a set of terms and conditions and a privacy policy.

SubHub has supplied you with a standard set of these documents that may be used for your site. We recommend that you read through these and edit them to fit your own website.
