Clients signed before May 2019, please contact support to enable this feature on your website.
1. Create your Drip Course Subscription Plan
Click Subscription Plans in the blue sidebar menu and select to create a new subscription plan. Set Enable Drip Content to Yes and select how frequently the content will be delivered: daily, weekly or monthly.
Add a title, up to 50 characters in length.
Include a course description of up to 150 characters in length.
Upload a course image in the dimensions of 350 x 180 pixels.
If the drip content course is to be part of a member subscription, assign a member group to the plan.
To allow multiple active subscriptions, tick the Do Not Limit setting found in the Payment Processor tab via Settings.
2. Create Course Content
Create the content as articles. Video, audio and PDFs can all be incorporated as part of the course material.
The same article can be used in multiple drip courses.
Do not assign a member group to any article that will be included in a drip course.
3. Create & Schedule a Drip Course
Click Content in the blue sidebar menu, then Drip Content.
Select the subscription plan from the drop down menu.
The list of course articles will be displayed. Schedule the delivery of the first course lesson by adding a zero in the Schedule field. Increase the numerical value for each subsequent lesson.
To remove an article from a drip course, delete the numerical value in the Schedule column.
When the course is completed, click Save Schedule.
4. Course Display
Drip courses will automatically display on the Featured Courses page ready to be purchased.
They can also be set to display on the member homepage.
Click Homepages in the blue sidebar menu, then Member Homepage. Select the Courses tab.

2. From the drop down menu, select which, if any, drip courses you wish to feature for purchase on the member homepage.
3. Decide if a member's purchased courses will be available to them on their member homepage.
Members will always be able to access their purchased courses using the My Account link in the top navigation menu by clicking the My Courses link.
5. Email Notification of New Content
Members receive email alerts when new drip content is delivered and available to view.
To craft the notification message, click Settings in the blue sidebar menu, then the Messages tab. In the Drip Content Email field, enter your custom message.

To remove a course from the Featured Course page, find it in the Subscription Plans list and click Edit. At the bottom of the plan page, select Disabled and Save.
Once a drip course is active with subscribed members, it cannot be edited.
