You can manually extend a member's subscription in the member manager. Only do this for members who are on free plans.
- Click My Members.
- Select Member Manager from the drop down menu.
- Search for the member with their email or name.
- In the Subscription tab of their account, under the label Expiration, click the date field.
- In the pop-out calendar, update the year and month.
- Click on an individual day in the chosen month.
- Click the Done Button.
