When a member's payment fails, Stripe is set to attempt to retry to process that payment. You can customise the retry schedule in your Stripe control panel.
- Log in to your Stripe account.
- Click Settings.
- Under Product Settings > Billings select Subscriptions and emails.
- Under Manage failed payments, choose a retry schedule.
- Stripe's Smart Retries is based on machine learning.
- Or Use custom retry schedule to configure a custom schedule.
