You can allow members or students to comment on individual articles or lessons. only logged in members and students can comment, the public cannot.
How to allow comments on an article
- In the Article Editor, when you are creating an article.
- Click the arrow next to Display Options in the right hand side bar.
- Enable Allow Comments.
- Save and Publish.
This will allow members to add a comment to that article. You will receive a notification every time a user adds a comment. The notification will be sent to the email entered as the Admin Email for system messages.
How to set up your admin email for comment notifications
- In the control panel.
- Click Settings in the blue side menu.
- Select the Fine Print tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Enter your email in the Admin Email field and save.

- Click Courses in the blue side menu.
- Select Lessons and add/edit a lesson.
- Click the arrow next to Display Options in the right hand side bar.
- Enable Allow Comments.
- Save and Publish.
This will allow students to add a comment to that lesson. You will receive a notification every time a student adds a comment. The notification will be sent to the email entered as the Admin Email for system messages.
