When members are logged in to your site, they will be able to manage all aspects of their membership using the My Account link in the top navigation menu.
Note: the My Account link is ONLY visible to logged-in members. You will not see it when logged-in as an admin.
From the drop down menu, they will be able to:
1. Change Password - Update their password.
2. Change Personal Details - Update address information and contact number.
3. Change Profile - Edit their member profile.
4. My Orders - View their store orders.
5. My Favorites - Quick access to list of favorited articles.
6. My Courses - Quick access to purchased drip-content courses.
7. Payment Methods - Update their credit / debit card or add a new card to pay with.
8. Manage Subscriptions - Cancel, upgrade or add a new subscription plan.
9. Contact Team - link to contact page.
How to edit the My Account menu links
- Click Homepage Editor.
- In the sidebar, select the Member Homepage.
- Then Menus.
- And My Account.
- Click the ellipsis next to the link card.
- You then have the option to edit, hide or duplicate and of the menu links.
