When members are logged in to your site, they will be able to manage all aspects of their membership using the My Account link in the top navigation menu.
Note: the My Account link is ONLY visible to logged-in members. You will not see it when logged-in as an admin.
From the drop down menu, they will be able to:
1. Change Password - Update their password.
2. Change Personal Details - Update address information and contact number.
3. Change Profile - Edit their member profile.
4. My Orders - View their store orders.
5. My Favorites - Quick access to list of favorited articles.
6. My Courses - Quick access to purchased drip-content courses.
7. Payment Methods - Update their credit / debit card or add a new card to pay with.
8. Manage Subscriptions - Cancel, upgrade or add a new subscription plan.
9. Contact Team - link to contact page.
My Favorites and Courses link will display in the My Account drop down menu only when enabled in Settings.
How to enable favorites and courses drop down link
- Click Settings.
- Then select Display Options tab.
- Set add to favorites and enable drip content to Yes.
